Thank you for shopping with us at Corporate Spec LTD. We hope that you love your purchases from us. However, if you do wish to return any of our products or request a refund or exchange, please read our Returns and Refund Policy is below.
What if I don't like the purchase I ordered when I receive it?
We’re confident you will like it, but if not, you can return it to us within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We do ask that that it is returned to us in same condition.
What if the purchase is damaged when I received or I am sent the wrong product?
Our Quality Controllers check our high quality refurbished furniture to ensure it’s up to our standards before we send it to you, so damages are very rare.

You will be contacted shortly by our customer service team to arrange to collect the product from you and either arrange for a repair, give you a refund, or order you a an exchange. It’s very important that you inspect your product upon delivery, and let us know if there are any faults straight away.

Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?
Yes, if it is prior to dispatch we are able to refund any payment taken. If after dispatch, please return goods and you will be refunded.
Simply contact us and we’ll cancel your order. No money will be debited from your account until your order is sent to us.
