Thank you for shopping with us at Corporate Spec LTD. We hope that you love your purchases from us. However, if you do wish to return any of our products or request a refund or exchange, please read our Returns and Refund Policy is below.

What if I don’t like the purchase I ordered when I receive it?

We’re confident you will like it, but if not, you can return it to us at your expense within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We do ask that it is returned to us in same condition and in the box it came to you in.

What if the purchase is damaged on delivery or I have received the wrong product?

Our quality controllers check our high quality refurbished furniture to ensure it’s up to our standards before we send it to you, so damages are very rare. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the products, or if we have sent you the wrong product, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. You will be contacted shortly by our customer service team to either arrange a collection of the product or arrange for repair it, give you a refund or order you an exchange. It’s very important that you inspect your product upon delivery and let us know if there are any faults straight away.

Pictures of the damage would be really useful and will help to speed up the process. Please email images to info@corporatespec.com mentioning your name and order number.

How do I return an order if I am based outside UK Mainland?

If the product doesn’t work for you or is not suitable to you and you would like to return it within 28 days, then no problem! Please notify us by contacting the Customer Services Team on +44 (0) 207 157 9639 or email info@corporatespec.com. You will then need to organise the return of the chair by putting it back in the carton it came in and send it back to us at Corporate Spec LTD, Unit 2, 210 Church Rd, Leyton, London E10 7JQ, United Kingdom. The cost of the return shipping will be payable by you. If the product is received damaged or faulty, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery by contacting the Customer Services Team on +44 (0) 207 157 9639 or email info@corporatespec.com. You will then need to organise the return of the chair by putting it back in the carton it came in and send it back to us at Corporate Spec LTD, Unit 2, 210 Church Rd, Leyton, London E10 7JQ, United Kingdom. The cost of the return shipping will be reimbursed by us up to £60.

Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?

Yes, if it is prior to dispatch we are able to refund any payment taken.

If after dispatch, please return goods at your expense and you will be refunded for the full purchase only.

Simply contact us and we’ll cancel your order. Your money will be credited once your order is back to us.
