Fritz Hansen, also known as Republic of Fritz Hansen, is a Danish furniture design company. It was founded in 1872, when a Danish carpenter, Fritz Hansen, founded his own furniture company and in 1915 introduced his first chair in steam bent wood. In 1934, Fritz Hansen began his collaboration with Arne Jacobsen resulting in some of the famous, classic icons of Danish Design

The minimalist upholstery brings the comfort through the moulding of the shell which is at the same time firm and slightly flexible. the chair is in fact incredibly comfortable; it’s like sitting in nice, big hand. the way small pieces of fabric are clicked on is very similar to the production of cars where you piece the insides together using small components. to control the softness of the seat, it is connected through 4 arms with the base of the chair, like bones and muscles in the human body.

If it being delivered with our own transport, it will be covered in plastic sheeting.
