I was after a used office chair with adjustable seat height up to at least 60 cm. As a Herman Miller Aeron user, I would have loved an Aeron Work Stool but I couldn’t find a used one anywhere online. I found a used Aeron chair on the Corporate Spec website at a good price. Support agents Kimberly & John were online (on a Saturday!) and offered to change the gas lift to achieve the extra height… at no extra cost. I received the chair the following week.
