Metropolitan ’14, designed by Jeffrey Bernett for B&B Italia, is a seats collection. The armchair is characterized by slim volumes, flowing surfaces, sartorial seams and a fully integrated cushion. Available in two versions – one with a high back that extends as a headrest and a lower version. Both models find completion in a footrest. The revolving base is available in two versions: a four-spoked one for both seats and disc shaped alternative, which is reserved only for the high back model. The contemporary outline of the chair seems to remind one of a smiling face, almost an invitation to take a seat and enjoy a moment of relax.

The seat that flows uninterruptedly into the armrests is the hallmark of this small armchair and relaxation chair. The former, with aluminium swivel base and four spokes, combines elegance and comfort. The latter, which is also swivel and has a matching ottoman, is larger with a headrest with magnet for adjustments. There are two bases available, one with four spokes and one circular, both in bright brushed aluminium.

This process includes a thorough deep clean, a frame re-spray if necessary, replacement gas, new arm caps and a complete re-cover with new fabric or leather. Once your chair is ready for despatch, it is inspected once more before packing. Your refurbished office chair will arrive in a tri-walled cardboard to protect it during transit. If it being delivered with our own transport, it will be covered in plastic sheeting.
