The refurbished fabric was in great condition, and the chair looked as good as new.
However, the alignment of the coasters was off, and were making a scraping sound. Although it wasn’t bad enough to send the chair back, I reflected this on a response to the company. They responded almost immediately, and were happy to send a box of replacement coasters, so no complaints.
